We have made some minor changes to the Maternity policy and associated guidance documents. All the updated versions are accessible on the relevant pages (Your Leave Provisions and Returning to work). This includes updated versions of the Keeping in Touch Day form and Return to work form.
The Paternity step by step and policy documents have also been updated. The request for Statutory Paternity Pay and/or Paternity Leave form has also moved to an online form (replacing SC3 form). You can find the links in Your Leave Provisions.
