Both Devon & Cornwall Police and Dorset Police are dedicated to supporting their staff and officers and their families by establishing a fully inclusive working environment and embedding more family-friendly approaches to help you and your line manager manage specific situations more effectively.
This portal has been created to provide you resources*, support and information relating to your current situation whilst away from the workplace, as well as provide you with a direct connection to the people that can give you the answers you seek.
It is important that you still feel connected to the Force during any period of time away from the workplace. This site is also intended to support a smooth return back into the workplace, providing you access to information relating to family-friendly arrangements, flexible working and other opportunities. It is however important that you maintain regular and reasonable contact with your line manager.
Where you are unable to find what you are looking for or have a specific question which your line manager is unable to answer, please use the ‘contact us’ page where you can direct your query to either a member of the HR Operations or Payroll team.
